We carry out a complete air conditioning service which includes recovery of any existing refrigerant. Full vacuum creation which will test the system for leaks, after it passes this test we will refill the system with the correct amount of refrigerant to the correct manufactures specifications. Then add oil and a U/V dye to help with any leaks in the future.

Why is there a need to carry out a full service?
|
|
Every year approximately 10% of the refrigerant gas seeps through the rubber pipes / O-rings, which over a couple of years could result in a 25% loss of gas. The more gas that is lost then the less efficient your air conditioning is going to be.

THE COMPRESSOR
Sucks cold, gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator and forces it into the condenser.
IN THE CONDENSER
The gas is cooled under pressure Service by the head wind and is thus connection liquefied (condensed).
IN THE DRYER AND COLLECTOR
cleaning and drying of the refrigerant takes place
THE EXPANSION VALVE
Injects the cleaned refrigerant into the evaporator.
THE EVAPORATOR
Removes the necessary evaporation heat from the circulating air. As it flows through, the air cools down and is directed into the vehicle interior. |
