The main key advantages of the LED work lights is the power consumption. We use these work lights on our service vans and they are fantastic for the winter months. Before we used conventional halogen lights, but, having 4 to 6 work lights on in the evening we always had to be careful on how long they could stay on before we ran the risk of flat batteries. On a breakdown or working on a job for a couple of hours it was not practical to leave the vans running to charge the batteries, or even have generators running. Now running with LED work light’s we can have them all on for hours at a time not worrying that the van batteries would be flat and the pure whit light from the LEDs is just amazing to work with at night.

LED Work lights are made with a die cast aluminum housing and a PMMA polycarbonate lens. Beam patterns come in a choice of flood beam or spot beam. Colour light 6000K (Pure white) all units are rated at IP 67 (Dust tight and water proof) These units come in a variety of different brightness from. 10Watts to 30Watts using the latest high powered LEDs. |

A 10 Watt micro work light uses a single 10 watt LED producing 900 Lumen and only consumes 0.9Amp running on 12 volts. Even a 30 watt model consumes 2.7 amps on 12 volts which products a impressive 2700 Lumen. Compared to a halogen bulb type work light a 30 watt version is brighter and give a pure white light. |
